Dickinson Arms products are designed for specific firearms models as stated. Installation of Dickinson Arms products should be performed by a certified armorer or a qualified gunsmith. Use of Dickinson Arms products for any unlawful activities or in a manner not specified by Dickinson Arms is strictly prohibited.

USE LIMITATION

You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products, components, or services obtained from, or manufactured by, Dickinson Arms without prior written consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Dickinson Arms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, injury, or death, regardless of cause, arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or installation of its products and components. Statements by Dickinson Arms employees or representatives do not constitute warranties of any kind and should not be relied upon by the purchaser.

STATE AND LOCAL LAWS

Certain states and localities, including but not limited to California, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey, have restrictions on the sale and ownership of certain firearms and/or firearm parts and accessories. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all state and local laws prior to making a purchase from Dickinson Arms. Dickinson Arms is not responsible for any purchases that violate state or local laws.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Dickinson Arms products should be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, and only by a qualified gunsmith. Improper installation may affect the firearm’s safety and operation.

FIREARM SAFETY

Always follow fundamental firearm safety rules:

  • Keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction at all times.
  • Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
  • Keep the firearm unloaded until ready to use.

COMPETITION AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Certain Dickinson Arms products may be intended for competition use only and may not be suitable for everyday carry or self-defense. Such products should be installed and used in accordance with Dickinson Arms guidelines.

EXPORT REGULATIONS

Export of Dickinson Arms products may be restricted by the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all applicable export laws, regulations, and restrictions.
